if they are naked, it would have to be at least 70 to be comfortable. maybe as low as 50, but it would depend if its 50 and sunny or 50 and rainy/cloudy. as for the highest temperature, i am guessing that would have to be pretty high. i have worn jeans comfortably when it was 96
