This depends on how old you are. If you are in high school you should try to find Performing arts colleges to apply to before you try to go straight to TV or film. If you are already out of college then try to find a legit (not scam artist) agent to help you find auditions. If you really want to do this you'll have to slowly work your way up. You'll also need a thick skin because even if you're good you'll get way more no's than yes's. I am an actress myself so I know how you feel. If this is what you really want then never give up.
