You'd have to call or write to the studios - you're too late for part one - but you might be in time for part two... Type 'Actortips Discussion' into Google, and it comes up with a fantastic forum - they have an entire sub-forum dedicated to Harry Potter - some of them are about auditions - I haven't read them all, but it's worth a try...
