Once you find a Talent Agency how do you get the agent?

    Send them your headshot and resume. They get tons of them. Don't get your hopes up. Most are discarded after a quick glance if they even get that. They only sign experienced trained actors. They are in business to make money. Not to help you fulfill your dreams. An actor doesn't get to pick their agent unless they are big. You need to send headshots to a hundred to get a bite. Try it anyway though. You can only gain.
