How do I get my mom to pay more attention to me?

Tell her what you just wrote. If I were her and you told me that I would definitely try to spend more time with you. SHE'S YOUR MOM! She's not going to judge you! When she's around just try to start a conversation, if you can drive ask if she wants to go to lunch sometime. I think she'll see what you're doing and catch on.
