  Hmm it matters what brand you're talking about for the ak 47 as for question 3and4 the way I make my riot shields is by geting a big card board box from the back of target (most stores throw out cardbord boxes in the back) cut it out and layer it with duct tape it is very durable and whithstands spring rifles and most of the time gas. For less pain obviously wear heavy clothing or just play more often and you'll get used to it. Hope this helps.
