  Hey man, my dad said I was a sook and MADE me learn how to do a backflip and I can tell you now it is MUCH easier learning it into a pool just stand with your toes on the edge of the pool bend your knees and then throw your arms up and then throw your legs over your head, the consequences may be a bad belly flop but it's better then compressing your spine on the trampoline I still don't have the balls to do it on the trampoline, so yeah try the pool just be carfull not to hit your head on the edge but don't worry this doesn't usually happen if you commit. Your most important tip: COMMIT just throw your legs over your head in you'll be backflipping in no time.
