Best rubber shad for bass fishing?

When bass fishing with preserved shad.........?

• What type and size hook do you use?, also what part of the fish do you hook through? The shad are all about 5" in length. I will be fishing for largemouth bass.

  for bass fishing i always use 5 alt hook.it catches the small 1 pounder's and the bucket mouths.and always hook your shad just under the dorsal fin so it looks natural.
