Right now you should try using shiners or cut bait. You might also consider using raw shrimp since your in a salt water area, it actually works pretty good. If no luck then get down to the hard and nasty and get some chicken livers.

Lol, man too bad King Fish and bass aren't here. I don't live in Florida but I do believe trout are not fished there as much as cats and bass. I would start with crayfish and worms both will work on the cats and bass. For trout I would recommend worms or power bait. Use the ganglion, power bait, and slip egg sinker rigs.
