How do you skin and cook a catfish?

HOW TO SKIN A CATFISH OR FILLET.

it's ok to continue to throw them back. I think I remember my dad hammering the head to a big piece of wood and pulling the skin off with pliers. I would (if I ate catfish) filet it like I do a halibut though cut the pieces of meat away from the head and slide a very sharp and thin blade against the skin with the meat above it pushing down against the cutting board. Like a bass I guess too. But then again, I have never kept one, of either so enjoy.
