    You'll need to subcribe to the NAFC, or North American Fishing Club. They'll send you plenty of stuff to test out, write a review, and keep. Oh wait. If you don't have the money to buy lures, how are you going to pay for a magazine subscription??

well.. I can't tell you anything that will literally give you free lures (Been looking for that myself) I just started to get into fishing and I'm going tommorow for a day to actually try it out But if you have a wallmart nearby they have plastic worm kits that are about 11.95 for like 100+ worms with some hooks also I just gotmyself a tacklebox on amazon.com that comes preloaded with like 90+ hooks 12 worms 2 small feathery lures 2 4 jigheads (2 decorated 2 plain) 2 floats like 10-12 weight attachments 10+ swivels (for easy tackel change) also if you have a TJMAXX in the area they sometimes have fishing rods or sets and other things like plyers for real cheap.
