    I was on birth control for less than a year, the patch and Seasonale. The second month that I was on Seasonale, I bled the whole time and had horrible cramps, so I stopped taking it. After birth control, my periods became extremely irregular and it took me over a year to become pregnant. I had to start taking vitex to regulate my monthly again. I'm now 5 weeks. Good luck!

I never spotted after leaving the birth control but it did take me a year with our first baby to get pregnant after leaving the birth control. Good luck.....
