Can lactose intolerant people drink goats milk?

I bought a carton of goat's milk yesterday because I was told lactose intolerant people (ie. me) can digest it just fine. But i haven't been able to find it anywhere on the ...show more

NO! It still has loads of lactose in it. Best to have soya at half strength made with half water and half milk. Or oat milk. Rice milk tastes of almonds.
