I have not been through this, but you really should think about this. The Navy is going to be less accommodating than a sit down restaurant. If they have nuts in their food products or the food products have touched nuts, they aren't necessarily going to drop everything to cater to an allergy. Hopefully someone has been through this before and can help you out. Is there a military section on Yahoo! Answers? Maybe you can post this question there too.
