How can I make my room look amazing when I clean it?

Im not allowed to paint my room, but how can i add color to make my room look nice?

    Good call Mark, next to that you can de-clutter your room and maybe add a plant near the window, even a different cover on your bed can make a world of difference. Ask your parents to ask the landlord if you can paint it at your cost as long as it is a color you both agree on, or go see them yourself. Most landlords are not mean. Even if you only paint 1 wall. I made drapes out of sheets I got at the Goodwill store and hung them from floor to ceiling on my window wall. Good. As you are not allowed to repaint the only option which i found is to add or fix some good images to your wall according to your taste and size which you like.
