How can you open a locked window from the outside without breaking the window pane?
-
I am locked out of my house, and don't want to damage the window.
-
Answer:
It's a good thing you have your computer with you. . .sometimes you can just pry the top part of the window from the bottom part without breaking anything enough to get the lock to open or bust. It's what the thieves do so it should work. Depends on the type of lock tho. . .

Look for cracks you can slip a wire or string through. Try peeling back the rubber sealant or simply removing the pane and replacing it later.
