    Occasionally I will find a nice activity packet or worksheet on this site. It's especially good for doing a worksheet that also coincides with a holiday or season. http://www.nickjr.com/printables/all-shows/learning-pages/all-ages/index.jhtml However, it does have licensed characters on them, and I know your fondness for them ;-)

http://edhelper.com/ It's a great website. Of course, with a membership you get access to *more*- they do update the free printables often enough that you don't really need the membership. I use to have tons of links for this kinda thing. When I think of more I'll edit.
