    hi i also suffer from seasonal allergies(really s!!!!s)your right most OTC remedies don,t work all that well.so what what i have been doing for some time now,is i flush my nose out morning and at night with a saline solution.i make it myself one teaspoon of salt to 6oz of boiled water.(boil for 10 min) let it cool and fill up one of those nasals bottles with it.and flush until it is running out your nose(please over the sink)this will wash out the pollen that cause all the problems to start.then if you want .give the old nose a squirt of nasal spray. with the eyes just use plain cooled down boiled water .and it will help,it wont cure the problem but it,s cheaper and if you do it two three times a day you will feel better.

Hi, You have a good reason to worry when taking medicine and they cause you drowsiness. Each medicine that we take , though they are good and effective most of the times, they also have their side effects and drowsiness is one of them. I for one suffer from this from the pills that I have to take each day. Especially when different pills have to be taken together. I tell you again that I pass from the same problem and would like to find substitute that may not be drowsy. If you really want to follow natural remedies to get rid of allergies, I think that you can drowse on HOMOEOPATHY and I am sure that you can find what you could take that will surely help. You can point what allergies you have and then be given what you can take. Good luck. don't make you drowsy.
