    not all of them are racist alot are. but i don't think the majority are. every place has their difficulties brother, if the place is calling to you, then go ahead. i'm indian and i lived there before, i'm much darker then you. hmmm.... then again i did experience racism, but i had so many friends with me, that i had support if i needed to fight go make some friends there, they're friendly
