I need some good effective soccer drills for one person and a ball?

Just juggling the ball increases your touches greatly. Do it for about 15-20 mins a day and keep count of your touches. Also if you have access to a goal, hang 2x2 cardboard squares in the upper 90 and shoot at them from the 18. Increases your accuracy by a lot.

heading: a good drill (usually in a large area) is to boot the ball high in the air, let it bounce once and then control it by bouncing on your head as many times as you can about one foot above your head.

Practice running. Just juggle every day for like 20 min. Then like maybe like 3 times a week, practice shooting, dribbling. Find a wall u can pass really fast with. Or a partner ( u said 1 person right?) A nice drill for juggling is start warming up by hitting the ball correctly in the center of ur foot and leting it bounce. Then pick it up and do it again. Then with ur other foot. Go to the gym, work on chest muscles, and leg muscles. And a very important thing that will help ALOT is Swimming. If u can try swimming freestyle for like 30 min each day, its relaxing, gives u good muscles, and over the summer u should take camps. U know try to find good camps. Over the summer u shouldn't work really hard, u should always be with a ball and get a good touch with it, and ull slowly get better. Just shooting like 30 shots for 10 min is pretty good. I say juggling every day and 3 times a week shooting, dribbling, and passing. Then maybe like 2 times a week, u go to a good camp.
