    i am planning on going to a division 1 school too, i am going to be a jr in high school this year! i am planning on going to the University of New Hampshire but that's because it is close to my home and it has the right schooling for what i want to do! i believe that this is a really good list of schools but make sure that u look at their academics too and pick a school where ur fall back option will be what u learned in school. im not doubting that you will make it pro but you want to be prepared just in case! good luck with your dream!!!!!

your choice shouldn't depend on the politics at the school. it should be somewhere you feel comfortable playing and has a good academic and soccer program. If you choose a school based on the hype, you might get disappointed with your college experience. Ultimately, if you really want to go pro, your skill and talents will be weighed more over the college you went to. Work hard and find a good program. If you're the best player on a program with a consistently losing record, you'll probably be seen as the best of the worst. If you're a good player on a good team with a solid program, your chances of advancing are greater. Bottom line is: Work hard. Remember, when you're slacking off, not working on your game, some girl is either in the gym or outside somewhere practicing or working out to be better. Good Luck...
