    Hills are great!! Try some fartlek training as well (you can google training plans) and try adding some biking or other training that is good for your legs. Shake up your runnng routine. Run long and slower one day and shorter faster, sprints and fartleks the next. Kudos to you for thinking ahead and having a goal!!
