How many calories did i burn while running up and down stairs?

I have fifteen stairs and i ran up them 30 times and down them 30 more times so basically 60 times. how many calories did i burn?? i am 5 foot 2 and weigh in around 109 pounds

Well the time, the pace and your heart rate all play a factor in the amount of joules (calories) your body burns in a certain time frame. I'm going to ball-park 150 calories. But, also remember that you are gaining muscle!!! So, you need more food to sustain your weight. I do stairs many days when my upper body is sore and it's a great cardio, muscle building workout. Keep it Up!

Basically 1 hour of stairs = 750 calories burnt. Depending on how long it took you (i'm guessing 20 minutesish?) around 250 calories.
