If Italy, Brazil or any team win the CURRENT Football World Cup trophy 3 times, would they get to keep it?

no there are enough plaques on the current trophy to last to the 2038 world cup. it's not sure if FIFA will retire the trophy then maybe they wont give it away this time. which they shouldnt have the first time. they should have kept it at FIFA headquarters instead of being stolen and melted down. what a waste to a historic football relic
