How can I get from Milan, Italy to Savona, Italy?

Planing a trip to Milan, Italy from Linate Airport. How can we get from Linate to Milan fast and cheap?

  • I don't know where nor how far Linate Airport is located from Milan. Can any one please help me with my travel plans?

    there is a shuttle bus running from Milano Linate to central station, from which you can catch the metro or take a bus or taxi to wherever you need to go. It runs every 20-30 minutes and the last time I used it it cost 9€ return (which doesn't need to be the same day btw) it only takes 20-30 minutes and is the nearest airport to Milan. Don't bother about buying the tickets for the bus before you arrive, buy them at the airport - there will be plenty of signs, also in English! Edit: Wanax, it exists. An international airport with no direct route to the Central station of the city? C'mon, there's even a shuttle direct from Bergamo. Didn't know that about line 73 though, that could have saved me money while I was there!

Hi there, Linate Airport is the closest to Milan, the taxi cost more (€ 15,00-17,00 ), it will take about 12 min. There is the Bus n.73 to Piazza San Babila (€ 1,00), every 10 min. from 5.30am alle 00.20 am or a bus service (€ 2,60 linea STAM), every 30 min. from the Airport to the central train station (Stazione Centrale). From there you can use the Subway (or even take a taxi, still it will cost more). If you stay in Italy for a while, take time to visit the beautiful Venice (there is the train line between Milan and Venice, about 2 hours 40 min., € 27,60 Return ticket on Eurocity. You should take Auto bus 73, and you will arrive in San Babila, where is a Red Line Underground! I don't know if existed a bus that leaves Linate and arrives in Central Station, but you should tell at the Airport's personal! Good time in Italy! Bye!
