    Burqas are a form of oppression. Any support for this form of attire is support for oppressing women. Too many Muslim woman are violently held as 'property' by their husbands. Some burqa-wearing woman are actually young girls forced into this marriage. Until the MAJORITY of Muslims speak out to end the Muslim 'ethnic groups' who hold their woman in literal bondage, burqas should be banned as a sign of support for woman's rights.

Yes it should. If I walk around with a balaclava on the police would stop me. Its no different. If it is that important then there are plenty our middle eastern countries that people could move to .

the quran gives women the choice to wear it, but does not mandate it. it was the sharia terrorists who mandated the burqa. i think any dress code should be legal. i don't know why anyone would want a bag over their head. anybody who mandates any type of clothing should get a bag over their head. but in islam women are allowed to go with or without it.

BAN IT...why should they be able to get around all covered up..I have to take my helmet off before I can go into any shops.

example: If a Mexican is a legal citizen the only responsibly to anything they should have first, is the culture language, social qualms, flag, and etc. of the United States. Secondly, comes the regulations, etc. of your native country. You are not required wear the burqa!
