The Leonardo Express is the easiest, cheapest fastest and best way to get from FCO to the Termini. From there, you can catch buses, cabs, subway, etc. to other parts of Rome. I would not even mess with any other method of transportation unless you need to be there earlier than the LE starts running or you have a large group of people and luggage...then a van or limo service might be your best bet. I think limo service is typically 80+ Euro one way.
