The Universal Life Church is free and very popular. http://www.themonastery.org/?destination=ordination They are all legitimate according to the First Amendment. Edit: @La Vie Boheme: All states recognize online ordinations. There is no such thing as state approved religion in the U.S. If a person says they are a minister, the state has no authority to determine if they are a "valid" minister is not. Technically even a street preacher can perform a wedding in the U.S. I am an ordained minister in the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, and I can legally perform marriages in all 50 U.S. states and territories.

The online thing is not accepted in many states. Regardless of that, you would need to be registered in the state and in the states that do allow online ordinations require you to have a real congregation.
