You can not land at Trivandrum, Kochi or Kozhikode and pass through the immigration. There was a newspaper report of a Indian woman who married a Pakistani. She came to TRV with her child, who had a Pakistani passport. They were sent to Chennai for entering India. Citizens of almost all other countries land at COK or TRV and are welcome.
