Can you tell how much are the tuition and fees in Malaysia Universities?

Are there no tuition fees in Germany for foreign students?

  yes, now we have a tuition fee. but there are still some university that haven't give tuition fee. and the fee is very variant, west part is more expensive then east germany. it depends on what kind of engineering, would you like to take... every city have their speciality. exp. machine in duisburg, transportation in karlsruhe, architecture in weimar, etc there are some program (international program) that use english. so you don't need to learn german to take the class. but your going to need german for your daily life. but you could learn it when you are in german..like me!!
