Why do you think, a working visa wont be an issue? This will be th biggest issue at all. No EU citizen - no visa, no work permit. Germanys immigration laws are very strict. You should told us first, that you mean a work & travel visa. But then you have to speak German, because in Germany is German THE language and I can't imagine, that you're allowed to work as a nurse.

Sorry but getting a work Visa will be a BIG ISSUE for you. (You are not an EU citizen and there for you are not allowed to live and work without a Visa). And for your possible new employer to apply (because you can´t even apply for a work Visa) for your Visa his has to prove that he is not able to find a single person in the whole EU (500 million people) who is able or willing to do your job. So your chances to get a work Visa anywhere in the EU as a nurse are between 1% and Zero.
