What is the repeated sequence to solve a Rubik's Cube?

I know that there's a repeated sequence (like, doing 2 or 3 shifts repetitively ( 50+ repeats)) to solve a Rubik's Cube; I saw someone repeat something A LOT and was able to ...show more

Answer:
Hi, There is no repeated sequence leading to the solved position of this puzzle. The sequences are always different, because the patterns are always different and require various algorithms. The person who did that probably took a solved cube, then using the algortihm Li Ui L U, repeat this algorithm 6 times to return to the position you started with, it leads to the solved cube, since he started from that position before you performed the algorithm. And to break down the algorithm for you, first, hold the cube and make sure you do not reposition it at all. Then do left side counter clockwise (as though it was facing you, but do not turn it so that it is facing you), then turn the top layer counter clockwise (as though it was facing you, but do not turn it so that it is facing you), then do left side clockwise as it was facing you, but still, do NOT reposition it, and then lastly turn the top side clockwise as if it was facing you, but do NOT reposition it. It is very important not to reposition the cube at all when performing this. Do that 6 times and it should return to the form that it was before you performed this. Hope this helped!

you can only solve it with the repeated sequence if it was already solved and scrambled with that same sequence, however, there's many sequences. you cant just solve a random scrambled cube by doing a repeated sequence. if you want to learn how to solve it then hit me up

a normal solve shouldnt be a repeated sequence of moves if someone solves a rubiks cube blindfolded, they use a method similar to what you are saying, a cube could be solved this way, but it takes forever you would just keep doing T perms around the cube to solve the edges and then Y perm + a couple others to finish the corners ... http://www.wonderhowto.com/how-to/video/how-to-solve-the-rubik-s-cube-with-the-t-permutation-251559/
