  To become a 'pro' at Photoshop, it honestly just takes a lot of patients and practice. It's probably not the answer you want to hear but it's true. Once you know the basics, you have to keep pushing yourself. There are various tutorials on Youtube which might be worth taking a look at, some are pretty good if you just want to know how to learn something specific, such as the 'pen tool', which is brilliant but is a pain in the **** to learn!
