    I think you need some more lands and some mana accel (probably in the form of artifacts that add mana). Getting angels out faster would be a lot better for you.

You don't have enough land for the amount of mana you will need to play. Many of your angels have a three white mana cost and that requires a lot of mana. Try using some of the land search artifacts.
