First you have to buy Robert PARKER Wine guide and you'll a very good introduction to all the Bordeaux chateaux.... For traditional hotels you can buy Guide Rouge by Michelin (tyres manufacturer) it's a sort lo "bible" for all the people who love food and outstanding place as well "Relais et Chateaux" guide. You have to do your own choice for wines because we've so many chateaux in Bordeaux that's hard to tell you this one is better than this one... it depens also from your own taste and .... how big is your wallet!... Have a pleasant stay. JP
