I think the best thing to do it is fly from Munich airport to Paris Orly airport. Air Berlin does the flight twice daily during the weekday and once on the weekends. The flight is a bit less than 2 hours. I saw fares as low as €79 with all the taxes included. It would be a very long bus or train ride. You can take Orlyval (train) or Orlybus into town To get from Paris to Locmine by train, you have to go from Gare Montparnasse (metro stop Montparnasse-Bienvenüe) to the town of Vannes where you can change to get to Locmine.
