Whats the cheapest place in St Germain (Paris) I could live for a year?

    Saint Germain is probably the most expensive neighborhood to live in Paris besides maybe Passy and other parts of the 16th arrondissement. There are plenty of other beautiful parts of Paris that would be much less expensive for you. Maybe you could try the Marais (still pretty pricey) or, if you must be on the left bank, the area in Montparnasse closer to the 6th (St-Germain), or even some of the outlying zones of the 5th (Latin Qtr). "Cheapest" and "Saint Germain" really don't exist in the same sentence, unfortunately. Sorry for my pessimistic attitude; believe me, I'd LOVE to be proven wrong! I hope you find the perfect place for you, regardless. Paris is a beautiful city; honestly, you'll be happy wherever you end up! (well at least in the city center haha)
