Hello, At CDG, take the Air France bus (line 2 - green) to Etoile/Arc de Triomphe. Hop-off and take the subway Charles de Gaulle-Etoile you'll see a big M indicating this is a subway station - take line 2 - direction Porte Dauphine) and get off at Victor Hugo. You will arrive at a roundabout, take the Avenue Raymond Poincaré and you will be there after a 5-10 minutes walk. I think the whole trip would be around 1h30 - Concerning the Eiffel Tower, you'll be very near !
