However, to be used online, the card needs to be registered. On the home page, there is a link to some YouTube videos on using it online. I would call 1.800.571.1376. and tell them you need to register the card for Address Verification Service (AVS). When you use a credit card online, they check the billing address to see if it matches. If it does not, the transaction is usually declined
