Would Brazil Be A Great Place To Live, If It Wasn't Such A Violent Dangerous Country?

I just think that you would like to visit Brazil, but you are a wimp kid. You have some kind of problem with Brazil in general, maybe a hot Brazilian girl dumped your a.s.s. and now you are all worked up trying to find something bad to say about Brazil. Go ahead give your best shot.

Hi ! Well, i'm Brazilian and yeah, unfortunately the murder rate is higher in Brazil, because the Police is not so good as it should be, but i would say to you that this high murder rate is heavily located in the very big citys like Salvador, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo and in the Rural Areas of The North and the Central-West Regions because os the land conflict in these regions. but like any city in the world, there is the dangerous neighborhoods and the safe ones. Even some Big Cities , and specialy the Medium sized ones enjoys of the facilities that's a small cities don't have and the same time these cities don't have a high crime rate, Like - Fortaleza, Natal, Florianópolis and João Pessoa, All these Cities are well strutured capital citys have more than 800.000 inhabitants, and are good citys do be on a vacation or live. And some small cities in the southern Region for example, the last crime in some of these cities occured more than years ago. Well, it's all depends of the place, the area and the neighborhood where you're in, because there are lots of safe Places in Brazil, the high murder rate it's not generalized in the country, it's just concentred in some areas =) Ps: I'm from Natal City in the Northeast region of Brazil and the City has about more than 1 milion people in the total urban área with neighborhood cities, and yes there is murders, cause it's a Medium Sized City, but these murders it's not at a high rate as you Might think for a city with lots os inhabitants like that. ^^

The U.S. has only unemployed

it is such a shame that Brazil is the way it is because of drugs, gangs and violence. because it is a beautiful country. But lots of central and south american countries are going down hill because of this, for example mexico where i am from, used to be, a great vacation country for all kinds of people, and now its getting very dangerous. so yes Brazil would be paradise to live in, if there were no danger. :D

Hey Norbert G, if most Brazilian cities are so peaceful than why is the per capita murder rate in Brazil 5 times higher than the U.S. Sorry but facts are facts, and Brazil is one of the least safe countries in the world.
