How to check if drop down menu of ActionBar is active?

My yahoo toolbar is installed but does not show; it's not on the "view toolbars" drop-down menu!?

you have the yahoo toolbar to get to show on your browser you need to on your right screen run down to toolbars and put a check on yahoo toolbars it should be there if not you may need internet explorer 8 instead of internet explore 9 uninstall 9 and install 8 should fix your problem i,ve had the same problem with 9 and i uninstalled it and installed 8 and my tool bars worked again on my browser let me know
