what the hell are you running concert speakers. 12 in bass in towers. cant be real home theater speakers. sadly what your doing is losing your speakers. you can damage them by underpowering. to answer this better i need to know the speakers you ahve and receiver your using. But from what im guessing is. you have concert speakers and your trying to power them with a home receiver which is underpowering. and loud really doesnt matter its about clean sound. and if your maxing out your receiver means your pushing dirty sound. But if you want more power you need to go to a home theater store and purchase an amp. sadly they are not cheap.. if you want to buy a self power sub woofer will give you jsut the deep bass your probably wanting.. but untill i know what your really wanting and what your working with thats the best i can offer.
