How do you pop your leg with out it hurting to learn how to do a split?

    That's really bad advice because that can cause serious leg issues all you have to do is stretch your legs out not pop them.

Lots of stretching :b get into a butterfly push your knees down . Get into a strattle nose to knee left and right have someone push you down do this everyday untill your belly is flat on the floor ;.legs out infront flex and grab your toes and try to get your heels off the ground then point and push yourself down;standup legs apart grab your ankles and try too push your self through . ; legs together and keep your legs straight and try too get your hand too touch the floor all the way ;hold a squat for 30 seconds and each week add 10seconds(: do this everyday trust me it will help alot but you may be alittle sore the next day

well im not quite sure what you mean by popping it but, just do a lot of stretching on you calves, like sitting on the floor with legs in front of you then into a v shape. Lean to each leg for at least 45 seconds. then do some more stretching on your thighs and hips. Your legs should feel a lot looser and going down in that split should be easier. To really progress on the split though, you need to stay down there for at leas 45 seconds each time. good stretches: sit in butterfly position and carefully push your thighs to the floor. don't go to far if you aren't as flexible because pulling something in your thigh can be very dangerous. to stretch your calves and tendon, do this stretch described here: http://sportsmedicine.about.com/od/flexibilityandstretching/qt/Achilles_Stretch.htm good luck! and take it nice and slow, you don't want to force yourself!
