  Depending on the manufacturer of the router there are different ways to go about it. The easiest way is to look for WEP Encryption. Turn it on and follow the prompts to set it up on the router. You will have to write down the WEP Security Key and setup each computer that will be accessing the router with the same key. Only computers with that key will be able to access the router and therefore the network and Internet it is attached to. Check the web page of your router manufacturer for more detailed information.
