    Step 1 Choose a web-hosting service to host your proxy-server list. There are plenty of services available, most of them on a subscription basis. Step 2 Go to proxy.org (see Resources) and search for any functioning proxy services shown in the proxy selection box. You can also divide each proxy under "Proxy List" by its attributes, such as country, software and ISP. Step 3 Copy down the link locations of all functioning proxy servers you find. Note any details, such as gthe amount of advertisements, if its a secure proxy connection and if there are any bandwidth limits. Step 4 Record your findings on your Blogspot website. Give any notes or characteristics for each proxy server you list for your website so web surfers will know what to expect. Step 5 Keep updating your proxy server list frequently on Blogspot with new finds, or to delete unusable ones. Proxy servers are made every day for the general public to use, but most of them expire or get shut down for other reasons
