Hi Shiva, The dot com extension is by far the most recognized and popular extension on the net. If you are targeting local visitors only the in extension may work, otherwise I would go with the dot com. The easiest way to find out if you are loosing traffic is to search your competitors and see who ranks above you in the search results, if they are above you, you are loosing traffic.
