How do I clear a paper jam on my canon mp160 printer?

Paper jam error on Canon MP490 printer, but no paper is jammed?

I have a Canon MP490 printer. When I turn it on it tells me that I have a paper jam error and need to clear the paper before it can print. Well... there is no paper in the machine ...show more
