I have a HP PhotoSmart C4780 and when i print something out the color is faded and the ink cartridge is full?

A color or photo cartridge is either low, clogged or has run out of one of the basic colors it mixes together to create the colors in your images. The printer cannot print correctly if it lacks one of the basic colors, even if it still contains some of the other colors. The cartridge may also be clogged. The cartridge must be replaced

Hello. a faded color on prints is caused by a dirty printer head (this is the part which fires droplets of ink through use of electric charges from your ink cartridge. To fix this, you must select the print head cleaning option on your printer. Hope this helps :)
