Epson Printer CX3700 Ink, how many pages you can print ?

I got a new Epson CX3700 printer, I printed no more than 30 pages, mostly in Black & White. The black ink showed empty already. Is this the normal usage rate ?? That means I need ...show more

First off, when you buy a new printer, it comes with demo cartridges that arent full. The amount of pages you print with a full cartridge depends on the resolution you have the printer set at. Open properties in the printer when you print and select draft for text, if it suits you, use it, it will save you lots of ink. You might have to set to draft everytime you print also! Usually a printer is set to use lottsa ink! The printer you bought didnt net them any money, its based on the ink they expect you to buy.
