    occationally, I've had printers that got data stuck in memory and simply purging the printer queue didn't fix it, but what has worked is, unplug the power lead from the printer and press the power on button, then plug the power back in and try to print. this seems to purge the memory buffer in the printer, or it might be a form of magic heretofore unimagined.

Make sure computer sees the printer and it is set as default printer. Go Start / Control Panel / Printers.Open folder.If you see the icon of you printer set it as default (on right click menu list). If there is no your printer in the folder you got to install it first,using installation CD,so computer could see it.
